Candy Free Easter Basket Ideas plus a @NatGeoKids Giveaway

Easter is almost here and we are so excited because our church holds their annual Easter Egg Hunt and our Sunday School Children's Easter Program.  

I love seeing the little ones come to church in their Easter Sunday suits and dresses and super shiny, patent leather shoes.  There's always that one kid who didn't quite memorize their Easter speech and a parent on the front pew helping guide them along.  

We have a tradition of gifting the kids with Easter baskets and although our pastor loads them up with sugary sweets, the kids know they're getting at least one book from me.  For the longest I thought it was the parents who were the most excited but each year it amazes me how excited the kids get to get a book of their very own.
