The benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) are too plentiful to list. Apple cider vinegar contains powerful antioxidants and it's been a trusted home remedy for centuries.  My mom recommends ACV for whatever ails you.  She's one of those who can drink that magical ACV tonic of water, honey and ACV.  Me?  Notsomuch.  I have tried several times but I just can't do it. Easter is almost here and we are so excited because our church holds their annual Easter Egg Hunt and our Sunday School Children's Easter Program.   I love seeing the little ones come to church in their Easter Sunday suits and dresses and super shiny, patent leather shoes.  There's always that one kid who didn't quite memorize their Easter speech and a parent on the front pew helping guide them along.   We have a tradition of gifting the kids with Easter baskets and although our pastor loads them up with sugary sweets, the kids know they're getting at least one book from me.  For the longest I thought it was the parents who were the most excited but each year it amazes me how excited the kids get to get a book of their very own. I've been raving about my Instant Pot but now I have a new favorite... the Air Fryer.   O M G This thing is amazing!  I don't know why I was so late to the Air Fryer craze but I am so glad I am finally onboard.   I've been talking about getting one and then after my aunt posted pics of her new air fryer, that was it off to Best Buy I went.   I wasn't sure how big of a unit I would need but I figured the 2.5 liter would suffice.  I chose the Chefman Express.  It was priced on the shelves for $85 but online for $75.99 and my local store matched the price AND I had my Swagbucks Best Buy QR code so I got 500 SBs + 2 SBs for every dollar spent so that's another 170 SBs.  So, after discounts, my air fryer ended up costing me less than the sale price.  Woohoo!   Recently a friend of mine and her husband divorced.  It's been tough on all the kids but especially the younger ones.  I've watched on the sidelines as he and his ex navigate this phase of their relationship and applaud them both for how they are handling this breakup and the change in their family dynamics.
