Who remembers the first time they saw Disney's The Lion King in theaters? *raises hand*
The Lion King was recently released from the Disney vault. On digital earlier this month (Aug. 15th) and now on Blu-ray (Aug. 29th).We are so excited as we are devout Disney movie watchers and will definitely add this release to our DVD collection.
“The Lion King” joins the Walt Disney Signature Collection with special features including recording sessions, Visualizing a Villain, Inside The Story Room, Nathan and Matthew: The Extended Lion King Conversation and Deleted and Alternate Scenes. Audiences are sure to fall in love all over again with the treasured classic, and a new generation of fans will laugh with Timon and Pumbaa, cry with Simba and Mufasa, burst into song, and find their place in the “Circle of Life.”
“The Lion King” is the fifth title to join the Walt Disney Signature Collection, which includes groundbreaking films created or inspired by the imagination and legacy of Walt Disney, featuring timeless stories and characters that have touched generations.
