Bedtime for Baby Book Reviews: ICB Princess Bible with Coloring Sticker Book

A couple of years ago I gifted a Bible to the daughter of a dear friend.  I was so surprised when I came across a recent Facebook post of the little girl with some of her friends.  In her hand was the Bible I gifted to her some years earlier.

My heart was so full seeing that big smile on her face with that Bible clutched in her hands.

Hubby still has the Bible our church gifted him when he graduated high school.

I still have the family Bible my mom gifted me when I got married.

Each of our kids has a Bible their aunt bought them with their names etched on the covers.

Do you have a Bible which holds a special place in your heart?  Maybe it was one that belonged to your mom or given to you to mark a special occasion.

What about your kid?  Does your child have a Bible of their own?

Do they read from it often?  If not, you may want to find a translation fit for your child.  I love the ICB International Children's Bible translation.  It's written at a 3rd grade reading level and perfect for new readers.

The ICB Princess Bible would make a wonderful BIble for the little princess in your life.  It features a jeweled cover and a coloring sticker book.

Our princess loves having a Bible of her very own and one day I will gift our family Bible to my princess or perhaps one of our princes, but not yet... one day.

Happy New Year!

What better way to kick off the new year than with a giveaway! I am so excited to join The Mommy Island, The Kids Did It and 90+ other fab blogs in the first big giveaway hop of 2018!

Here’s your chance to start the new year off with a win. One lucky Three Boys and an Old Lady blog reader will receive a $15 Walmart eGift card. $10 may not seem like a lot but it’s enough to stock up on some last minute Christmas clearance gifts. Trust me. I bought a 6’ Christmas tree WITH lights, 2 animal massagers, 3 Jelly Belly BeanBoozled Jelly Beans Mystery Bean Dispenser, Christmas cards and wrapping paper less than $20 during an after Christmas Walmart shopping trip.

I was searching for some cough syrup when my friend’s kid spotted the Jelly Belly BeanBoozled Jelly Beans Mystery Bean Dispenser on sale for 50 cents. What a steal! The regular price is $10 so to find them on sale for 50 cents was a deal. We cleared the shelves.

A few rows down we spotted some animal neck massager…
