It's SWAGO Bonus Time!

Are you ready for SWAGO: Thanksgiving 2016?

It's time for you to stuff yourself with your next SB Bonus with Swago: Thanksgiving! This month's Thanksgiving themed board offers a possible 400 SB ($4) Bonus!
What is SWAGO you ask? It's a bingo-inspired promotion run by Swagbucks, a website that rewards you with points (called SB) for completing everyday online activities.
When you complete a task, watch that square change colors like the leaves of Fall. You can redeem those SB for free gift cards. If you've never used Swagbucks, participating in SWAGO is a great way to learn how to use the site, and it's a lot of fun!
Here’s what you need to know to get your 400 SB Bonus:
  • Swago will begin on Monday, November 14th at 12pm PDT/3pm EDT, make sure you hit “Join” otherwise you won’t get credit for completing the action items. Each square on your Swago Board will contain an action item to complete.
  • Once you complete the action item in a particular square the square will change color signifying the action item is complete.
  • You have a limited amount of time to mark off as many squares as possible so use your time wisely.
  • Be mindful of the patterns and their corresponding bonuses located on the right of your Swago Board. The patterns will vary in difficulty and bonus value.
  • Once you’ve achieved a pattern the corresponding “Submit” button will light up. You can have multiple patterns available for submission, however, you can only submit ONE pattern so choose wisely.
  • The game ends Monday, November 21st at 12pm PDT/3pm EDT. So make sure to hit “Submit” on the pattern you wish to submit. If you don’t hit “Submit” before the game ends you won’t receive your SB bonus.
Click here to join Swagbucks and start earning today.  There's still time to earn gift cards perfect for gifting.

Oh, if you see Chianti M., let her know she's earned enough Swagbucks for some fab swag.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY! GIVEAWAY HOP

    Hello Spring!

I am so excited for Spring 2018.  Not that I have anything major planned or anything.  Well, I am on a cruise right now.  Oh yeah, I'm on my way to Cozumel for a few days of rest, relaxation and margaritas.

What a way to welcome Spring huh?  What about you?  What are your Spring travel plans?  Are you and the family hitting the road?  Catching a flight somewhere?  Where ya headed?

Nothing like a little extra spending money when on vacation and I am so excited for this Rain Rain Go Away! Giveaway Hop.  This is my 3rd year participating in this fun hop sponsored by The Mommy Island and The Kids Did It and each year it gets bigger and bigger.

There are some really great prizes up for grabs and add some new blogs to your reading list plus your chance to win a $40 Visa eGift Card.  Why $40 you ask.  Well that's because I-40 is the interstate we typically travel to most of our Spring Break destinations.

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing.  The birds are singin'.  The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up.  So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways.

This year - as always - we are beach bound.  It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year.

Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach.
'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.  Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada.  Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila.  The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!!
As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.  It would be like a tequila satay wings type dish.

OH! The Places You'll Go! Giveaway Hop + 7 Out of the Box Uses for Erasers

Another Summer has come and gone and it's time to head Back to School!

If you're anything like me you took advantage of all those Back to School deals and stocked up on all those back to school deals and now have a surplus of school supplies which will probably end up in a junk drawer or put away someplace where you will never find it when you need it.

Take for instance those pink erasers.  I buy a pack every year and every year without fail my family gives me that look when they see that pack of lone erasers in the back to school shopping cart.

Here are a few of my favorite ways to use erasers around the house

Erase away scuffs on your kitchen floor with an eraser.

Easily remove your kid's pop-up crayon masterpiece from the walls with an eraser.

Remove stains from suede boots by gently brushing the eraser across the stain until it's gone.

Keep those tickling ivory piano keys nice and clean by erasing stains with one quick swipe.

Stubborn zippers loosen quickly by rubbing…
