Tasty 2 Ingredient, Gluten Free Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

Looking for a quick and easy alternative to takeout?  Check out this delicious gluten free, sugar free, Kosher, Orange Glazed Chicken Wings recipe.

We love ordering orange chicken from our fave Chinese takeout restaurant and I've tried to replicate the recipes but...

Other recipes I've seen are so complicated and require lots of spices but this recipe was a hit with the entire family and so much cheaper than ordering takeout.  Plus, this simple recipe using only two ingredients.  Yes, 2.  A 5 lb. bag of chicken wing sections and San-J Organic Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce.

(1) 5 lb. bag of chicken wing sections /drummettes and 3 tablespoons of San-J Organic Tamari Gluten Free Orange Soy Sauce.   We always have drummettes in the fridge, the kids love 'em and so does hubby.

1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2.  Pour 3 tablespoons of San-J Organic Tamari Gluten Free Orange Soy Sauce into bag of (1) 5 lb. bag of chicken wing sections /drummettes and shake to coat wings evenly with sauce.

3.  Spread wings evenly on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.

Tip:  Cover baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.  Try other varieties of San-J Organic Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauces including Mongolian and Thai Peanut.

I am a sucker for chicken wings (but wont touch KFC poo anymore). Love the ones in USA/Canada when I pop over for a visit. Love the sound of this flavour, but my favourite has to be salt and pepper coated chicken wings :)

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing.  The birds are singin'.  The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up.  So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound.  It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year.   Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach.   'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.  Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada.  Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila.  The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!! As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.  It would be like a tequila satay wings type dish. * * * G I V E A W A Y * * * One lucky Three ...
