I'm Going to the 2014 Niche Parent Conference

This blogging mama is always trying to perfect my craft so I try to attend a couple of blogging conferences a year. Conferences are a great way to meet new bloggers, amp up my skills and snag some swag...hunty boo boo chile, the swag, mama loves the swag.

I am so excited! This is the 3rd year of the Niche Parent Conference and my first year attending! The agenda is full of fab workshops, roundtable discussions and activities for the entire family. I'm looking forward to Ella Rucker and Lorraine Ladish's breakout session titled "Organize Your Blog, Organize Your Life" and the Tribe Building Roundtables. This year's conference is sure to be awesome thanks to sponsors like Disney, Painting with a Twist and Chevy.

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing. The birds are singin'. The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up. So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound. It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year. Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach. 'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before. Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada. Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila. The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!! As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.
