Wow 'Em with this Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe

A couple of years ago, some co-workers and I decided to host a breakfast potluck.  Breakfast?  Potluck?  What to bring, what to bring.  I brought croissants.  Ooh la la.  One of my co-workers brought a breakfast casserole.  We were all a bit hesitant to try her creation because this was the chick in the office that always touted about how much she hated cooking and usually offered to bring utensils, plates and cups during most of our office potlucks.

Well, we mustered up a little courage and tasted it.  Guess what?  It was absolutely delicious.  ABSO-frickin-DELICIOUS!  So, the recipe hoarders that all of us were begged for the recipe.  This recipe has been a breakfast / brunch fave in the Three Boys and an Old Lady household ever since.  We serve it at our annual Mother's Day Brunch, church brunches, family get-togethers and it's one of my fave standby recipes for the occasional office potluck.

Doesn't require a visit to the grocery store either the six ingredients are usually in my fridge already.

Oh and thanks to Skip to My Lou for this adorable recipe card maker

The weekend looms near and what better time to try out a new recipe!

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing.  The birds are singin'.  The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up.  So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound.  It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year.   Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach.   'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.  Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada.  Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila.  The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!! As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.  It would be like a tequila satay wings type dish. * * * G I V E A W A Y * * * One lucky Three ...
