My orthodontist recommended that I chew sugar-free gum to help ease some of the discomfort of having braces. There are a lot of sugar-free gums on the market but many are so heavy laden with chemicals I can't pronounce and lose their flavor quickly. Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing. The birds are singin'. The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up. So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways.
