Marco's Pizza Adds Spinach to Their Menu

There hasn't been a week in the last 14 years sans pizza. It's a goto meal on a weekend night and a call ahead meal on those days when practice runs long. We're not a $5 pizza kinda family. I like a ton of veggies and a variety of cheeses and fresher is always better.
A couple of years ago this brand new pizza joint opened in my mom's neighborhood. I remember they had these pizza crust toppers which was something I'd never seen before from a pizza delivery spot. One order and the Three Boys and an Old Lady family was hooked. Hey, what can I say we love pizza. Pizza makes us happy!

Last year, it happened. A Marco's Pizza opened just a few blocks from our house. *insert happy face here* Marco's Pizza celebrated National Spinach Day (March 24) by announcing they've added spinach to their menu!

Marco's Pizza has created a Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza which features grilled chicken, parmesan garlic sauce, four cheeses including feta, sliced red onions, tomatoes plus spinach, a new topping recently added to the Marco's Pizza menu.
The Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza didn't disappoint. In fact, it was so good, I had to share the Marco's Pizza National Spinach Day deal with all of my family and friends. Oh, you know the one. March 24? Free pizza? Donation to a local food pantry?

Marco's Pizza celebrated National Spinach Day by offering a free Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza in exchange for a donation of a can of spinach. All donations were donated to a local food bank. Pretty awesome huh?

Not only did Marco's Pizza create a new pizza but now - for a limited time - you can add spinach to any Marco's Pizza.

Now we can sneak in an extra veggie on the kids' fave weekend meal. This mommy is all about sneaking in veggies whenever I can.

Maple and Brown Sugar Air Fryer Bacon

I've been raving about my Instant Pot but now I have a new favorite... the Air Fryer. O M G This thing is amazing! I don't know why I was so late to the Air Fryer craze but I am so glad I am finally onboard. I've been talking about getting one and then after my aunt posted pics of her new air fryer, that was it off to Best Buy I went. I wasn't sure how big of a unit I would need but I figured the 2.5 liter would suffice. I chose the Chefman Express. It was priced on the shelves for $85 but online for $75.99 and my local store matched the price AND I had my Swagbucks Best Buy QR code so I got 500 SBs + 2 SBs for every dollar spent so that's another 170 SBs. A Pit Stop at Sho Nuff Hot Tamales in Greenville, Mississippi

My cousin and I were driving along and our tummies were rumbling as we crossed the Mississippi state line on US-82. We didn't really have any particular dish in mind for lunch but we started seeing signs saying "Hot Tamales". "Hot Tamales", my Philly cousin asked. "Yep", I replied nonchalantly. "I remember reading something about hot tamales being a big thing here in the Delta." We kept driving and finally decided we would have to try these famous Mississippi Delta hot tamales.
