Our Thoughts:  Nickelodeon DVDs are always a hit in the Three Boys and an Old Lady household and these gift sets complete with the coloring book, crayons, posters and stickers quickly won my kids over.  The bonus features in each DVD really rocked.  The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Rise of the Turtles gift set featured a karaoke version of the theme song which has been the goodnight song of choice here as of late.  I found some inexpensive picture frames at a local store and hung the posters in each of the kids' rooms.  The kids LOVE it!  I picked up a couple of extra frames in case the kids decided to frame any of their coloring sheets.

These DVD holiday gifts from Nickelodeon would make great stocking stuffers.

Buy It:  These fab videos are available wherever Nickelodeon DVDs are sold including Walmart, Amazon, and Shop.Nick.com.  We found them at our local Walmart for $16.99.  What a deal!!!

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing.  The birds are singin'.  The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up.  So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound.  It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year.   Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach.   'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.  Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada.  Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila.  The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!! As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.  It would be like a tequila satay wings type dish. * * * G I V E A W A Y * * * One lucky Three Boys and an Old Lady blog reader will r
