Get a Headstart on Your Spring Cleaning with Soft Scrub Review and Giveaway

The last two weeks have been crazy.  Hubby went to the hospital for a general outpatient procedure and ended up having surgery and spending nearly a week in the hospital.  When a loved one is returning home from the hospital you always want to make sure they return home to a clean home so they won't end up back in the hospital.  So, thanks to Hubby I had to get a jumpstart on my Spring cleaning.  Well, we wanted to make sure he came home to a clean home so the three boys and the little old lady went to work cleaning and dusting, mopping and sweeping.

I have written before about how sensitive Hubby is when it comes to strong odors so I don't use a bunch of cleaning products.  I keep it simple with products we've used for years that do the job.  I don't use a bunch of different cleaners either.  Sometimes the chemical odors can be too much for him so I have to stick with products that won't cause his nose hairs to stand on end.  When it comes to cleaning the kitchen sinks and the bathroom countertops, toilets, tub and shower Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser is a product we use and have used for several years now.

Soft Scrub has been around for years and is a trusted brand in our household plus it's not as abrasive as other cleansers.  Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser is a money saver because it can be used on a variety of surfaces therefore eliminating the need to purchase separate cleansers for the kitchen and bath.  Seriously, you can use Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser to clean bathroom countertops, toilets, bathtubs, showers and here's my fave tip:  Squirt a little in your dishwasher to keep it smelling fresh and shining bright.

I use Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser all over the house.  It's the only reason I dare use the microwave after the children.  Los Tres Amigos are notorious for not using the microwave cover and so the top of my microwave oozes with greasy, grimy food.  Occasionally I'll boil water to loosen the gunk from the top of the microwave and wipe it away but when it's time to really clean the microwave, I mean really clean the baked on, caked on, leftover burnt, crunchy, pizza sauce, I reach for Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser and it gets the job done.

Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser is perfect for cleaning those little crusty juice remnants left on your kitchen counter that no one sees but you.  You see it, don't you?

I love the fresh, clean scent Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser leaves behind.  The fresh lemon scent of Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleanser is the perfect all purpose cleanser and I feel confident my kitchen and bathroom is  clean enough for my entire family.

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing.  The birds are singin'.  The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up.  So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound.  It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year.   Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach.   'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.  Tropical flavors such as coconut, mango and pina colada.  Hubby and I tried the 'Ohana peanut butter tequila.  The owner said folks either love it or hate it... we LOVED it!!! As I was sipping all I could think of was how good this peanut butter tequila would taste as a baste on my tequila wings.  It would be like a tequila satay wings type dish. * * * G I V E A W A Y * * * One lucky Three Boys and an Old Lady blog reader will r
