Ripley's Believe It or Not! books have been a Three Boys and an Old Lady fave for years. Los Tres Amigos, especially the oldest, are huge fans of the book series. It's one of the books he looks forward to reviewing every year. The books are full of strange albeit true stories about animals, people, places and things.

If you've ever been to a Ripley's Museums then you may not be too shocked by some of the pics in the book. Ripley's Believe It or Not! books feature unbelievable people, places and things from long ago to today. There's always something interesting in each book and this current edition doesn't disappoint. Again be forewarned as this is not for the faint of heart but nonetheless it's interesting read.

Life is a Beach Giveaway Hop

Spring is in full swing. The birds are singin'. The pollen is falling and temps are FINALLY warming up. So what better time time to start planning our Summer getaways. This year - as always - we are beach bound. It's one of our fave places to visit given we only get to the beach once or twice a year. Last year's visit to Cozumel was one for the record books. We stopped by this little restaurant and dined on grilled shrimp in a cabana right on the beach. 'Ohana also has a line of tequilas in flavors I had never seen before.
