I won't be doing any back-to-school shopping this year: I don't have children, and I finally finished up with graduate school a few years ago. That said, I ~do~ need to get a... basic desk and chair! :) I'm also going to start a bullet journal soon, and I would like to purchase a few odds 'n ends for that as well.

We really need everything but one of the most important things that I haven't picked up yet are 2 2" binders. I should probably order them online because we live in a really rural area and all of the stores locally are emptied of school supplies pretty early on.

Been reading about this movie all over the blogging world. Sounds like it will be a big hit and might have to stand in line to get in.
I have had a scare once I went like 42 days without a period and I was in my teens. I didn’t wait until the third month, I made an appointment with my doctor right away. She told me in some cases women can develop tumors on their pituitary glands and therefore it will stop them from having a monthly cycle. My doctor sent me to have a scan and I was in the clear thank god. But you’re totally right, do not hesitate to inquire with a health care specialist.

I hate every household chore with every fabric of my being. I have the same rule of if it's not in the hamper it's not getting washed. I also will not untangle underwear from pant legs.
Everyone is blogging about Blanck Panther movie in someway or form. It is the hot new movie. Bring on the Halloween customs and christmas toys this fall. Girls and boys can be what they work hard to be.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY! GIVEAWAY HOP

Hello Spring!

I am so excited for Spring 2018.  Not that I have anything major planned or anything.  Well, I am on a cruise right now.  Oh yeah, I'm on my way to Cozumel for a few days of rest, relaxation and margaritas.

What a way to welcome Spring huh?  What about you?  What are your Spring travel plans?  Are you and the family hitting the road?  Catching a flight somewhere?  Where ya headed?

Nothing like a little extra spending money when on vacation and I am so excited for this Rain Rain Go Away! Giveaway Hop.  This is my 3rd year participating in this fun hop sponsored by The Mommy Island and The Kids Did It and each year it gets bigger and bigger.

There are some really great prizes up for grabs and add some new blogs to your reading list plus your chance to win a $40 Visa eGift Card.  Why $40 you ask.  Well that's because I-40 is the interstate we typically travel to most of our Spring Break destinations.

Jeepers! It's January Hop

Happy New Year!

What better way to kick off the new year than with a giveaway! I am so excited to join The Mommy Island, The Kids Did It and 90+ other fab blogs in the first big giveaway hop of 2018!

Here’s your chance to start the new year off with a win. One lucky Three Boys and an Old Lady blog reader will receive a $15 Walmart eGift card. $10 may not seem like a lot but it’s enough to stock up on some last minute Christmas clearance gifts. Trust me. I bought a 6’ Christmas tree WITH lights, 2 animal massagers, 3 Jelly Belly BeanBoozled Jelly Beans Mystery Bean Dispenser, Christmas cards and wrapping paper less than $20 during an after Christmas Walmart shopping trip.

I was searching for some cough syrup when my friend’s kid spotted the Jelly Belly BeanBoozled Jelly Beans Mystery Bean Dispenser on sale for 50 cents. What a steal! The regular price is $10 so to find them on sale for 50 cents was a deal. We cleared the shelves.

A few rows down we spotted some animal neck massager…

Win an Alex and Ani Bangle in the Color Me Lucky Giveaway Hop!

The kids are back in school and we are back to the hustle and bustle of another school year.  I am so excited as I have a high school senior this year and we are looking forward to a banner year!

He's super busy and doesn't always make time to grab something for breakfast so I like to keep some of his favorites on hand so he can just grab 'n go on his way out the door.  One of his favorites is our Easy Breakfast Burritos.
He's a master of the microwave so these quick 'n easy breakfast omelettes in a mug are a fave.
He loves pancakes so keep homemade pancake mix on hand.  All he has to do is grab a scoop of the mix, add milk and he can whip a stack of pancakes on the stove or in the microwave.
So many choices and that is why we are so excited to participate in the Color Me Lucky Giveaway Hop hosted by Mama the Fox.  We're giving one lucky Three Boys and an Old Lady blog reader an Alex and Ani bangle (priced $25 and under) of their choice.

I just have one questio…
